The JonBenét Ramsey Story

I started watching the Netflix series “Cold Case Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey?”.  I feel asleep during episode 2.  The idea or story or dream that I kept hearing is that it was her father.  Is this a wrongful accusation or story or dream?  What the heck brain?  This is not the impression that I had from listening to him in the first 1+ episodes.  I heard once that logic is not something that operates during dreaming.  I was still wondering though what could have motivated the father to do such a thing if he was responsible for her death.  The only thing that I could come up with is that his wife put too much of her love, attention and joy into her daughter.  My apologies to Mr. Ramsey if he is in fact a completely innocent man and I was being just one more person to mentally render him a suspect.  I guess it’s just that no child’s potential actual life experience should ever be thought of or rendered to be impossible in the minds of others.  No, child’s potential real experience should ever be thought to be false or an impossibility.  Now I really need to finish watching the short series.

On a side note.  Looking at her childhood photos,  I think she is or was far more adorable and beautiful without the pageant makeup.  I never watched “Toddlers in Tiaras”.  I don’t know much about these childhood pageants.  I guess I think they are kind of stupid, but I have never really had a strong opinion about them.  In looking at the pageant images of JonBenét Ramsey, though, I find myself thinking.  “No, she was a beautiful, cute little girl.  She was not a small woman.”

I’m also, though, thinking that images such as the one below may very well be photoshopped or image filtered to make this perceived “tiny woman look” worse than it was in the actual real life pageants.  Technology and AI can do anything nowadays.  Anyway I have a new thought and opinion.  I think all these tabloids and magazines all these years and decades should also have shown cover images of the real child she was and not just her child pageant images.  She was more than just a child pageant child.

And I’m hearing another brain comment or idea.  “Makeup does not make a little girl, not a little girl.”  Wow.  One could really get into trying to imagine the experience of being a child in these pageants because that is after all what opinions about this practice boil down to. 😧

And someone did kill JonBenet and for some reason.  She certainly didn’t kill herself.

My husband’s comment when he was subjected (I don’t care) to me watching this was, “Who in the hell names their kid JonBenet?” 😂
